AEMPS, 23\/2021<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El ensayo fase I\/IIa de laboratorios Hipra tiene como objetivo principal evaluar la seguridad y la tolerabilidad de la vacuna PHH-1V. Adicionalmente, se evaluar\u00e1n su inmunogenicidad y eficacia.<\/li>\n<li>Participar\u00e1n varias decenas de voluntarios de entre 18 y 39 a\u00f1os que recibir\u00e1n dos dosis de la vacuna.<\/li>\n<li>Esta vacuna est\u00e1 basada en dos prote\u00ednas recombinantes (plataforma similar a la de Novavax y Sanofi\/GSK) capaces de generar una respuesta inmunol\u00f3gica frente a una de las prote\u00ednas del SARS_CoV_2.<\/li>\n<li>Este tipo de ensayos son imprescindibles para garantizar la calidad, seguridad y eficacia de las vacunas.
