Jesús Cosín winner of the XXXVII Young Researcher Award of the Spanish Society of Pharmacology 2021

At the SEF assembly held on October 19, Jesús Cosín Roger of the Doctor Peset University Hospital (FISABIO) in Valencia was proclaimed the winner of the Young Researcher Award of the Spanish Society of Pharmacology. Jesus Cosin holds a degree in Biotechnology from the University of Valencia and a master’s degree in Biomedical Biotechnology. He is part of the laboratory of the Hospital Unidad Mixta Dr. Peset-Faculty of Medicine, first as Sara Borrell, later as Juan de la Cierva Incorporación and currently as a contracted Miguel Servet. In this position he is IP of the emerging research group “Translational Research in Inflammatory Bowel Disease”. In addition to his Miguel Servet Contract, he is currently also an Associate Professor at Cardenal Herrera CEU University.  

The call for the Young Researcher Award is announced annually and is awarded to members of the SEF with an age equal to or less than 35 years with a relevant scientific background. This award has an endowment of € 1,200.00 plus the amount of an annual SEF Congress Travel Grant (€ 300.00)
