* Students must upload a certificate stating their student status in the online form: valid student card confirming your status and copy of your current enrolment in postgraduate studies, master’s studies, doctoral thesis, or peer credentialing.
The Organizing Committee will provide 15 Congress grants of 300 € each to students to facilitate their assistance to the meeting. In addition, the Spanish Society of Pharmacology board will also provide 15 additional grants of the same amount. To apply to these grants, the applicant should be:
- SEF member.
- Registered at the meeting.
- Be the presenting author of one accepted abstract.
- Send a CV
- Provide a certificate stating their student status.
These documents should be sent to the mail socesfar@socesfar.es indicating : “Grants XL National Meeting SEF”- The applications can be sent from May 1 to June 30, 2023.

Terms & conditions
- Telephone or mail (by mail unless it is indicated above) registrations will not be accepted. Registration must be done using the Registration form found above. Only one form per person is allowed.
- Registration fee must be paid before the deadline for early registration to get the lower registration fee.
- If student registration is selected, please provide the documents indicated above. Otherwise, you will be requested to pay the difference with ordinary registration fee.
- Full payments are required in advance of the conference start date.

Methods of payment
All payments must be made in Euros (€) to SOCESFAR by Bank Transfer to Sociedad Española de Farmacología to the account number ES74 0075 0227 7006 0051 0915.
After bank transfer has been done, please send an email to socesfar@socesfar.es with an attached copy of your bank transfer within 10 working days. In order to identify your payment, please ensure that the reference “Registration SEF2023” and participant’s name and last name are stated on the bank transfer. Bank charges for fund transfers are responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees. This option only will be available until August 5, 2023.
Cancellation policy
- All changes/cancellations must be notified by email to the Congress Secretariat– email: socesfar@socesfar.es.
- Cancellations received until September 1, 2023: 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
- No refund will be made for cancellations received since September 2, 2023 or registered participants who fail to attend.
- No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.
- In the event of total cancellation of the congress, full refund will be applied to paid registrations.
- In the event of postponement or turning into a virtual format, all paid registrations will be transferred to the new format and/or new dates. Full reimbursement will not apply.
- The cancellation policy, stated above, will prevail and remain in force until further notice or update.
